As well as for making sure all people with hidden differences access many opportunities we need to make sure a variety of hidden differences from diverse backgrounds be inclusive and not be left behind
Background
Everyone with hidden differences should be entitled to access a variety of opportunities if they have an extraordinary amount of talent, skills and an exceptional amount of positive qualities and strengths with general people may not have.
To enable this to happen, we must set aside how a person with differences may appear and pay more attention to how they can do instead. Not only they can be immediate, but also the abilities of possibilities. Many people do not notice this and this can make a community, business and other members of society thrive.
To maintain the person with differences to strive and continue to be a positive part of communities, organisations and public services, then it is important to support the personal development and adjustment methods.
