The description “Hidden Differences” are used for this initiative which covers independent, intelligent and articulate adults and young people who live with specific difficulties which as hidden and would not be visually obviously at first impression. Related with certain people with Autism (at mild level), ADHD, Social Anxiety, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and Social Anxiety.

Embrace Dancing at the latin dancing convention in Birmingham

The Project Director has shared the embrace dancing awareness initiative with the summertime latin dancing convention over three days in August at the central Birmingham venue, The Eastside rooms. Motion City, the summer latin dancing convention is jointly organised by Birmingham's Latinmotion and London's Mambocity. A summary of developments inclulding: a promotional flyer on display, a video promotion of the embrace dancing initiative was on display on the big screens inside two rooms of the event. Also the Project Director was networking with the attendees and participants while displaying an especially designed embrace dancing sweatshirt design. In addition to having two video reels I've updated dancing inclusivity tips were developed.

Special contacting taks to the leader of the nation
New
A specially contacting task in July when the project director contacted the prime minister to encourage government and parliament to pay more attention to lift experts and the discourage language which unfairly stigmatises or discriminates against neurodivergent people. I said examples of my insight and development by also sharing information web pages and specialised digital documents.
Since the contact was made the project director has received an update that the message and the information I have shared has been sent to the appropriate government departments.

Stop and Change proposal to Transport for West Midlands
New
The project director presented an expanding awareness proposal. This is related to his participation to improve neurodivergent experiences on public transport related to travel safety. "Stop and Change" is a proposal to encourage chains of behaviour of disabilities and difficulties including neurodivergent people. This was presented to travel safety team members at West Midlands combined authority with West Midlands safer travel partnership of Yransport for West Midlands, transport operators and the police forces (Including British Transport Police and West Midlands Police.

"On location" summary June & July 2026
The Project Director has attended a variety of different events including meeting an inspiring neurodivergent designer at the Birmingham Design Festival. The design industy festival at multple locations in Central Birmingham. Also the Project Director has attendeddesigner the Birmingham Disability Festival for the third annual Birmingham Disability festival at Matthew Bolton College
