About Hidden Differences
The description “Hidden Differences” are used for this initiative which covers independent, intelligent and articulate adults and young people who live with specific difficulties which as hidden and would not be visually obviously at first impression. Related with certain people with Autism (at mild level), ADHD, Social Anxiety, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and Social Anxiety.

Special Developments
The "Timms review" participation for the Department for Work & Pensions

The Project Director took part in a consultation regarding the Government’s review of the welfare benefit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
The consultation was a call for evidence which invited public participation and became known as the “Timms Review”. The Project Director submitted his contribution by developing a special document which aimed to answer the required questions.
Two versions of the document were produced. A specialist edition containing more detailed information was submitted to the Department for Work and Pensions, while a general public version was made available online. However, some answers included in the specialist edition were not featured in the public version for confidentiality reasons.

Special "Possibilities" articles

To coincide Neurodiversity Celebration Week, the Project Director Presents two special articles through his personal perspective on the importance of connection related to opportunities while embraching a neurodivergent talent and ambitions. Two version was made with a general version focusing on connection with the other is a focused version on the creativeity which was developed with the organisation Birmingham Design
