Be patient and supportive of a multicultural person with hidden differences and speak up for them. This means not tolerating disrespectful or prejudiced attitudes. Also not make any unrealistic expectations or pressures.

Not to make disruptive attitudes such as jealousy, resentment, trivial or cynical.
