As part of the Unity Forward feature, a special insight document has been made written by the project director Keith mckenzie and presents different examples of the human aspects of hidden differences during the pandemic.

It covers various aspects including: the new normal, how the changing society's attitudes affect hidden differences in society. In addition, it provides several factors to consider when society recovers from the pandemic which affects every person in the world.

This insight document was developed after several voices from hidden differences which implies they have been ignored. So it intended this document to fill the gap of human insight and experiences.

This document was orginally published in June 2021 and was limited to important and influential individuals and organisations related to awareness and key areas of society. Also the orginal version of this document appear online for the first time and was featured on the website of Anna Kennendy Online in 2022.

In July 2024 the document was modifed and rewritten and was shared to the Disability Senior Policy Officer at the West Midlands Combined Authority, Mark Fostbrook.

From September 2024 onwards, the modifed version of the Unity Forward document is available on this wesbite to download.
