    Never let anyone use your difficulties to make you feel insignificant or inadequate 


    On occasions, you might feel less valuable but remember there always many situations when you are more valuable than you think, no matter how small.


    Remember, as well as your difficulties, you also have many strengths and positive attributes.

    When you are reaching out to others, modify how you share to the other person based on their circumstances and their interests and passions. Also, be less presumptuous and be sensitive, if the other person may be going through a much harder time than you think


    If you find it hard to contact others without losing interest, build from what you and other person got in common and take it from there


  • Information for friends, families and contacts of hidden differences

    A reminder that a high amount of anxiety and psychological despair can occur more frequently than normal


    Any unplanned scenarios can affect a person with differences to manage all adjustments


    Any sudden or unplanned stress and anxiety can lead to mental burnouts sooner than normal


    Some people may have little or no one to turn to when situations turn wrong or very bad.

    On social media and with online forums think very carefully before you post your views and beliefs on others especially when you don't know what others are going through


    Think about how you respond to others when you are upset or stressed


    Be positive and confident but never complacent


    When reaching out and getting in touch be careful and be prepared on potential reactions which may be percieved as negative or unpleasant.

    When you noticed when seeing a person with differences of abilities at public places and at open spaces, do not invade their walking space and do not physically intimidate them. 


    When you noticed when seeing a person with differences of abilities at public places and at open spaces, do not insult them with any making offensive language towards them. 


    Regardless on what you feel about a person with hidden differences they have a right to exist and function like anybody else.
