1. Stop the hatred along with toxic attitudes and behaviour
It is never acceptable to mistreat anyone towards hidden differences. This includes bullying, shaming, exploitation, rejection, breeding hatred or causing physical harm to others.
2. Listen & take every person's experiences seriously
A person's hidden differences in abilities are not an excuse to underestimate to undervalue any toxic or hateful experiences. So it is essential to be non-judgemental listening and show empathy.
3. Be supportive
The vital tool to reduce toxicity and hatred by providing support and showing resilience.
4. All witnesses must take action
Anyone who has noticed a person with hidden differences facing toxic mistreatment, bullying and hatred should speak up and report what has happened.
5. Not fueling prejudice and hatred
Not use what we digest or how to get entertained to encourage toxic attitudes and hatred
6. Change your knowledge away from perceptions & typecasts
Stop making perceptions about people you don't understand or don't fully know. Everyone is different so do not generalise any person with hidden differences. Get knowledgeable on ground-level experiences.
7. Respect the human rights and provocative from hidden difficulties
Never undermine or violate the dignity and human rights of hidden differences when exercising their dignity and choices in how they manage when experiencing toxic attitudes and hatred.
