A special version of this project is to be developed with a special webpage which expands this project to all disabilities and all types of difficulties regardless if they are visible or not.

When completed this project will link this feature to a special online gallery over on the Project Director's website.

Also, a new series of marketing posters are to be developed. This will be based on the key issues featured in this project.

They will be a special series of "Zero Toxic" information documents to be developed which provides objective insight and analysis on the issues of prejudice, discrimination, bullying and hatred along with analysis and recommendations. A family of resources to developed specifically for communities, businesses, public services along with rest of society with customised information for specific envionment.

Based on the Zero Toxic project, a series of PowerPoint presentations is to be developed. This will cover insight, analysis, the experiences from a project director, the campaign in summary along with specialised art & designs specially developed for the zero toxic Project.

The overall aim is to bring the projects to communities and the wider society to start the encouragement on changing how the approach hidden differences and all difficulties and to strategise smarter against prejudice, bullying, discrimination and hatred.

.

History of development
Over the past twenty years, the director has developed a variety of different projects against discrimination bullying and hatred.

It was started back in 2005 with a marketing-style Project which was aimed is people to mistreat a person deliberately for their difficulties. Titled "Stop blaming people for their differences" and was displayed as part of an exhibition related to an autism awareness event at the University of Birmingham.

In 2008 a visual art project focusing on process and hatred experiences called "Stop the freaks and clown attitudes".

In 2012 a second visual art project was developed focusing on prejudice and blaming attitudes. When created it was specifically for the autistic spectrum but many people have responded that it will take two other difficulties beyond the autistic spectrum.

In 2016, a few years after Plus Value Awareness began an information Project was launched covering two types of prejudice discrimination bullying in hatred. The project titled "Is this the right Value" focuses on non-verbal abuse and verbal insults.

In 2018 a new Bitesize information product was launched focusing on bullying titled "Think Twice". The project coincided with "Anti-Bullying Week and the week-long campaign "Give Us A Break" by Anna Kennedy online.

In 2022 the "Zero Toxic" project was launched, replacing the previous online project "is this the right value?". This project premiered to coincide "Anti-Bullying Week and the week-long campaign "Give Us A Break"

Why Zero Toxic is created
Despite there has been positive progress in awareness, understanding and acceptance over the two decades the project director feels that social attitudes have not only have got worse but he feels that the negative attitudes have been normalised and could threaten to damage the positive progress of all disabilities and all types of difficulties in society.

The projects is aimed to be have smarter in combating prejduce, bullying and hatred. Also we need to look at the matter beyond the outdated apporach. It is not just about name calling or labels, it is the implications behind the mistreatment, the potential negative consiquences and the effects on the person's life opportunities, work, employment, relationshops and overval health.

Within recent years there have been a lot of strong and bold marketing initiatives against sexism, racism and prejudice against the LGBT community. However, the project director emphasises this should be equivalent for all disabilities and difficulties regardless if it's visually noticed or not. Also to emphasise all disabilities and difficulties as significant as the rest of society with their importance in society be respected.
