Negative distractions

Receiving negative attitudes and judgment can get in the way of a person with hidden differences to influence others, especially when dealing with prejudice and discrimination is time-consuming and disruptive. Sadly it can force a person with differences to be a role model has affected their mental health and well-being. This can occur when if a person is a victim of disruptive bullying and hate crime.

Dealing & strategising with different situations
Some people with differences can be exported and be bright the worst out. This is simply because of the difficulties they live they can easily take less seriously when they attempt to be likable and attempted to reach out to others. This can backfire, especially with the perceptive and people with closed minds. If this matter gets ignored it can lead to a person with differences facing constant hostility and hatred and being brought the worst out with discredited and shaming consequences. This can happen in local neighbourhoods, social environments, at appointments and places at work or in education. So getting expert insight from a role model with differences can prevent many negative side effects which can happen towards a person with differences.

Gain & maintain an opportunity
Some people with differences can face many challenges and boundaries to access opportunities. Also, some might struggle to maintain opportunities especially when the moving goalposts occur including changing practices and being flexible if certain staff are not available when emergencies occur. As some people with differences may not have the appropriate resources to rely upon enabling a role model with differences to provide assistance to others and provide guidance. Also because of the difficulties a role model would be more creditable than anyone who doesn't know and ground a level of context and insight.

Adapting & adjusting
One of the tougher challenges for a person with differences is to make themselves adaptable and adjust. This is to prevent their difficulties become an obstacle and a burden.
This can be related to modifying skills and interaction depending on different situation. However certain surrounding climates and situations can affect a person with differences cope. Sadly if a person with differences is struggling and not at their best they can be exploited and be taken advantage of.

A role model with differences can be beneficial and help can prevent negative side effects including exploitation, discredit judgments and rejections.
