Empowering a person with autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia & Social Anxiety and to Focus on seeing the best out of them and realise the potential beyond what you perceive. This means understanding what enables them to be at their best and not to impose demand with unrealistic capabilities & expectations.
To enable a person with differences to move forward positively in life and in society, We going beyond any understanding. This is important to enable a person with differences to be beneficial to everyone.
As well as the difficulties a person can face, they have also a family of strengths on specific skills & abilities. Because of their unique skills, they can bring a useful contribution when they are a participant.
In addition being involved in specific activities based on a person's strengths (in skills, abilities & expertise) such as suggestions & consultation can be beneficial & helpful in a situation such as decision making reviews with examples such as consumers, clients & users accessing products & services. It can also apply to the way public services are operated in the local community.
This approach is helpful when there are issues or problems accessing services. However, their unique experiences must not be underestimated due to their differences.
Regardless of any difficulties a person may live with, they should live their life with pride and a sense of belonging. Also, they should be appreciated and supported when they are attempted to be considerate, responsible and look out for others. No one should use their differences to make them feel shameful or be taken advantage of.

The kind of difficulties differs from person to person so do not generalise everyone the same.
So it is wrong to be irresponsible or ignorant by making careless remarks which disbelieve or undermine an intelligent & articulate person with differences.
Any form of remarks which imply disbelieving a person living with differences or to mention "there's nothing wrong with you" is offensive in displaying you are not taking a person with differences serious enough.
An independent person with hidden differences are articulate, have intelligence regardless of the difficulties they live with.
So whatever your opinion about hidden differences, do not make automatic negative judgements or react which makes them feel suspicious.
Also not to use a person differences to make an automatic judgement and to disrespect them by accusing them of having very poor or negative characteristics or to make doubts on if they can be trusted.

We should we must support & encourage a person with differences to speak up and stand up for themselves (when it is safe to do so) to make sure their place in society must be maintained and must not be compromised by ignorance and prejudice.
They should able to exist and function in society without living in fear or face bullying discrimination hate or any harm to their personal safety and life.
This involves being listened to and talking to a person with differences experiences and insights seriously and not using their differences to undermine what they're sharing.
On occasions, it can be helpful to speak up on behalf especially if a person with differences dignity is ignored and violated.
Subject examples:
Example of issues includes not being singled out, exploited and manipulated against which can be harmful against their sense of value.
Also if a person with differences have been bullied, discriminated and facing harassment and hate crime they need to be listened to and taken seriously especially when they're having made the courage to speak up against the way they have been badly treated.
This is important to remind society any form of mistreatment is not acceptable.
Regardless of your viewpoints & opinion, a person's differences their difficulties are real. It is not a form of laziness, bad parenting or false acting.
The type of difficulties affect each person differently, beware that we must not undermine the serious impacts of when they are being pushed and pressured beyond their coping mechanisms. Including making unrealistic pressuring demands, bullied or physically pushed or attacked beyond what they find manageable. We need to be aware of the damaging consequences against their stability their health and well-being.
Whatever your opinion the insights, expressions viewpoints from a person with differences must be heard and must be taken seriously at face value. No one should use their differences to doubt their intelligence or to be underestimated.

Be more knowledgeable and educate yourself more on how can life affects a cross-section of different people of a specific condition* and not just assume categorising with a learning disability or Mental Health assumptions.
Look beyond any news stories you may read in social media newspapers & blogs or watching online videos or on television and find out more about how lives affect each person with differences at ground level.
Don't make quick judgements and listen to the experiences & insight directly.
So avoid making quick assumptions and not impose unrealistic & inappropriate demands and guidance which is not helpful.

We need to value every person's differences regardless of the difficulties they have & not to make generalised assumptions just because of the type of difficulty they may have.
You must see a person with differences beyond how they appear and take time to understand them through their eyes & perspective.
Their sense of value must be respected Including their dignity, basic human rights, leading to being integrated and inclusive. Also for them to be well presented, a participant to support their ability to take responsibility and to make adjustments to maintain their place in society.
