Support statement

Plus Value Awareness support statement
by Project Director Keith McKenzie

Everyone should have the right to be a participant, to contribute the expertise & experiences to society. Also, everyone should able to access every opportunity possible. However, no one should use anything popular or ignorance to divide and marginalise others.

Every person who lives with differences from all ages, backgrounds and culture should have the right to access any opportunities and to have their voices heard for a better society. However, we must not use excuses and tribalism to divide a person with differences or to deny their life opportunities.

We need to improve diverse representation and diverse voices on how we can shape and improve society. This includes the voices from a person with differences must be heard and listened to much more. Their unique insight and personal experiences can be beneficial for communities, businesses, public services and society

The more diverse and more representative we which means we can be stronger and more sustainable Society. To make this happen, we must not exclude or undervalue the represented voices and participation from a person with hidden differences. This must mean an improvement of inclusivity which includes individuals with hidden differences.
