Inclusivity means a positive and unified society
Inclusivity is an important component of a diverse and equal society. It provides a stronger sustainable society and embraces vibrant citizens from all backgrounds. This means hidden differences are tother alongside other diverse members of society.
This means we must move away from outdated and backwards approaches and discourage separation and segregating hidden differences from the rest of society. However, this cannot simply be done by grouping different types of people together instead this needs to be prepared, organised to make sure everyone is valued and treated fairly.
