The description “Hidden Differences” are used for this initiative which covers independent, intelligent and articulate adults and young people who live with specific difficulties which as hidden and would not be visually obviously at first impression. Related with certain people with Autism (at mild level), ADHD, Social Anxiety, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and Social Anxiety.

Special Developments
New
Special edition of dancing inclusive guides was developed on video and templates for social media
The Project Director has developed in conjection with a latin dancing organisation Latinmotion to develop a special edition of the Dancing Inclusive Guides onto video & on social media.
This was based on webpage information and downloadable inclusivity pledges featured online as part of the Plus Value Awareness project, Inclusive to Dance, along with social media templates linked to the online special Embrace Dancing.

Response & action to DWP Consultation findings
Following the project director participation in a major consultation by the Department for work and pensions, the government department has presented their findings in the consultation.
This is related to their proposals to reform the welfare system which enables people with disabilities into employment. The project director was not happy with the government's response and how his participation was not considered. So he has taken action in their complaint against the department for undermine and ignoring his participation which includes suggestions and solutions.

Participation and involvement in improving integrated transport journeys
Throughout the past 12 months the project director of plus value awareness has been involved with a participation development with the team behind the signage and passenger informationfor the transport Authority, Transport for West Midlands.

Transport safety event related to the project director participation
The project director was invited to a special awareness event on some of the findings of a year-long study and research which involves public transport users from a neurodivergent background. Event organised by Transport for West Midlands, West Midlands Safter Travel Partnership and National Neurodiversity Training

For the second time Project Director become an event panelist at University of Birmingham disabilities
The University of Birmingham invited Keith Mckenzie for a second time to be part of an awareness study event as a seminar panelist. This event was organised as part of the study weekend arranged by the School of Education and was presented to MA Inclusion Programme students from the School of Education, focusing on inclusion.
