To highlight a person with differences to be well-represented everyone must be less perceptive includes and drawing attention to the person's differences or difficulties. Challenging negativity is essential including a burden or allegations of lowering standards & expectations along with other toxic perceptions. A person with differences must be seen as an equal and sufficient member of society and no one should use their difficulties to undermine them.
Just like any member of society a person with differences are a family member, consumer, and voter during political elections.
A person with differences mustn't be falsely judged only based on perception if they are being compromised against their ability and coping limitations. if the voice of a person with differences is not been listened to or considered when the situation occurs, this will harm a person with hidden differences place in society and cause an unnecessary amount of damaging shame to the self-worth and can lead the dangerous isolation and segregation.
Stereotyping, typecasting and lacking knowledge based on innuendos and news digest can cause harm towards a person with differences & their place in society. Therefore it is important not the generalise. How a person lived will vary from person to person even if two different people live with the same condition.
Regardless of any perceptions, a person with differences should not be wrongly singled out, due to intimidation abuse or any form of hatred.
