Having diverse voices which must include insights and context from a person with differences. Also, representation from a person with hidden differences must be taken into consideration. Especially, related to any decision making or changes that affect a person with differences lives & circumstances.

Using consultation and active participation must include diverse and fair representation is also important related to society, community and social topics & issues.

However, the voices of a person with differences should not be used for filtered tokenism. No one doesn't misuse their voices & expressions which does not address the subject in the manner a person with differences intended. 

For a balanced society, a person with differences must be able to access education, training, employment, be an active participant in communities.
