To be represented on decision making and important issues which affects society as a whole. This includes become a participant and to be involved. To enable to improve representation with independent people with invisible difficulties must be respected and appreciated based on merit and not be typecasted or negative stereotypes & attitudes and causes harms their positive representation.
To enable to make that happen it is important to confront and challenge negative profiling & stereotypes to reduced to the prevents of people with invisible difficulties to participate in the first place.
