What is Plus Value Awareness
Plus value Awareness Initiative is designed to enable independent people and adults with Autism (Mild level), ADHD Dyslexia, Dypraxia and Social Anxiety with specific invisible related difficulties to have and to maintain their good sense of value which beyond any understanding.

The Background
Everyone regardless who you are, your background or circumstances should able to have a place in society and reach their potential

Individuals with hidden differences are independent & articulate and despite the differences they live with they have strengths of skills and ability. However they can be misunderstood & misjudged with little or no ground level understanding. This can mean they can be negatively judged against their character a with no intelligence as an irritant or a burden to society and the public finances. 

Stigma & profile
When profiled series a negative stigmas against people with invisible difficulties such as helpless, the victim and drawing attention to their conditions too much. The lead to people react negatively and is harming that persons sense of value despite the fact all the negative stereotypes don't reflect everyone with invisible difficulties. 

Life obstacles
There are many people with invisible difficulties are ambitions and drive to have a place and to contribute to society. Sadly this gets ignored & taken away due to prejudice, intolerance and being wrongly demonised due to ignorance, negative stereotypes and negative profiling.

Ignored Voices & perspectives
Also different perspectives & insights which are unheard with a person with hidden differences which faces many obstacles and challenges due to stigma & not seeing the person beyond labels.

Negative prejudice & attitudes
They may not have the same abilities and a qualities does not mean they are lazy, or should be insulted with the obvious responses and use this to sideline then out of society. This paints a contatnt negative picture against people with invisible difficulties and become misunderstood, misrepresented with negative profiling & stereotypes. This is lead has lead to negative situations against them including easily disliked, disbelieved and has been excluded of opportunities and be pushed out of society and in some cases has their lives taken away due to exploitation manipulation leading to bullying, discrimination and hate crimes.

Ignored Representation
Because if this, society and the system can easily forgets that a person with hidden differences are human beings they have feelings, experiences, perspective.

Plus value awareness is designed to change this
Its time to stop hiding behind stereotypes and negative stigma. That's why Plus Value Awareness was created. 

No one should use their ignorance and poor understanding & attitudes to demonise, undermine or be sidelined out of society. Also to see them as human beings rather than what different in them. They have emotions, feelings, expressions and have their experiences and perspectives which should be heard, respected and taken serious. This is regardless if their circumstances may not be as important as the general life experiences.

If you want a person with hidden differences to achieve more we all need to take responsibilities to stop demonising or undermining them.

The importance of empowerment
They should have the right to have ambitious and to maintain their place in society. Also can be an advantage to everyone in society and the outside world. We need to support and encourage positive life ahead regardless of age or background. If a person with invisible difficulties and well understood, supported and encourgae lots of positive achievements can be made.

The human aspects
Theres a human inside every person with hidden differences, this initiative focuses more on the human aspects from ground level.

There are 5 Key areas of where people with invisible difficulties needs to be to move forward in life and the outside world.


The Plus Value Awareness initiative will be promoting and encourage this in its projects and campaigns.

Towards Social enterprise
In the long term is to transfer this initiative into a social enterprise to provide a family of services, products alomg with a series of social mission activity which benefits society and communities. The description “Hidden Differences” are used for this initiative which covers independent, intelligent and articulate adults and young people who live with specific difficulties which as hidden and would not be visually obviously at first impression. The examples including memory, on the spot thinking ability, communication, reading, writing & calculation.
