Advantage Hidden Differences

Everyone needs to be more aware of a person with differences with good intentions to move forward in life. Then task time to Understand, support and encourage their efforts.

Positive attributes and strengths are a strong basis for a person with hidden differences to a have a sense of purpose in a variety of ways

Looking beyond a one sided perceptions and reveal many ways in how people with differences have many intentions to have a sense of purpose.

With a combination of their strengths, positive attributes along with their unique insight and experiences a person with hidden differences can able to develop strong, groundbreaking and forward thinking.

Examples
Using their strengths can benefit the working environments with a variety of unique approaches which enhance a particular organisation's strategy & objective.
Developing unique or useful projects which can benefit communities that other people may not through of. This can also be helpful for any participation groups & other initiatives which strengthen forward-thinking ideas and solutions.

Improving skills and qualities to expand or to bridge the gap of skills and qualities they may not have.

However, it is now just about employment & community involvement, a person with differences can be innovative with the skills and attributes in developing an enterprise based on their strengths

Obstacles:
Any intentions can be ignored when obstacles of unrealistic & unreasonable expectations, inflexibility, intolerance, prejudice and discrimination can damage a person with hidden differences sense of purpose.

Sadly some people with differences can be disbelieved in their sense of purpose attempts by accusing them of deluded perspectives. Due to unrealistic expectations, some people with differences can be rated as wasted talents when they are constantly excluded from opportunities. This means businesses, communities, and organisations are missing out on major positive potential

The major obstacle is when no allowances are made when a person with differences makes initial contacts related to any opportunities. This usually involves wrong judgement by using their difficulties as disorganised & display qualities below expectations. This can mean a person with differences can be discouraged oe become withdrawnal.

In any group or teamwork-related environment, any contribution from some people's hidden differences can be undervalued and there within their voices are ignored and automatically overruled by what a person with differences is communicating. This is done without getting the know the context of what a person with hidden differences expressions are saying. This can be very damaging which not only causes mental health problems and cause a person with differences to withdraw very quickly. This example also applies to any contacts of a person with differences.

The missing connection
All these and other examples can only be possible with an important set of factors every organisation, public services, community and business needs to consider.
Patience,

Welcoming,

Accommodating,

Having an open mind,

Less perceptive and presumptions,

Not to discriminate and respect their sense of value.

Having patience and being accommodating and making reasonable allowances a person's difficulties are not a disadvantage or feeling discouraged.

Having an open mind and showing greater interest in the insight of the context of a person with differences discourage perceptive judgements.

However, this means it is important not to discriminate or have intolerant attitudes. Without a change of attitudes, it can lead to damaging discouragement and withdrawal side effects. In addition, it is important to respect a person with differences sense of value to enable sustainability. See the project "
Elements of Value" for more information.

Main point

A person with differences needs to be encouraged and believed in throughout

Having an open mind, show a greater interest in insight and intentions are very important things to be done on an ongoing basis.

Be aware of their ambitions & goals

Don’t make automatic assumptions that their ambitions are delusional just because they have specific difficulties are not visually obvious.

Patience and encouragement is an key factor for hidden differences to achieve better.

Tips

* Take time to understand their ambitions and when they need to achieve them further and support & respected their efforts to gain their sense of purpose.

* If they are trying to achieve takes much longer and it looks like you don't see them very show interest in what they trying to achieve.
