Regardless of any judgements or perceptions, a person with hidden differences has the right to maintain their stability in how they manage their day to day life and how to deal with any situation thrown at them. 

If this is ignored and be unfairly pressurised the expectation of perfection or ability speeds. It can cause harm to how they project themselves and also cause harm to their psychological & emotional well being.

You must consider and importance of a person with differences to maintain their ability to function in the short and long term. 
Background

A person should able to go about their lives without becoming stressed or be upset because of wrong judgements

They should able to a go at a pace that works well for them naturally

Think carefully if you attempt to judge and to pressurise to conform. It is very important to be aware of the side effects of how they cope with including mental & social anxiety. Also how it can cause other problems including stigma & escalating prejudice

The description “Invisible Difficulties” are used for this initiative which covers independent, intelligent and articulate adults and young people who live with specific difficulties which as hidden and would not be visually obviously at first impression. The examples including memory, on the spot thinking ability, communication, reading, writing & calculation. These example above mainly relates certain people with Autism (at moderate and high-functioning level), ADHD, Social Anxiety, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia. Click here for more details.
