Inclusion

The importance of a person with dyslexia as an integrated member of society. 
No one should use their difficulties make them being marginalised or be alienated from the rest of society.

They have many strengths as well as their difficulties means they can be a benefit for everyone.

Pride

A dyslexic has many strengths as well as their difficulties should enable them to have some pride and a good sense of value.

No one should use their difficulties to belittle underestimate or to cause them any form of shame.  We need to move away from attitides from typecasts along with conventional ethics and unrealistic expectations. 

As well from refrain from displaying conventional attitudes, we muse realise that their difficulties they live with is real at the same time they should not be made to feel that they have to apologise through other people's inpatient and intolerances.

Sharing Good Practice

It is important that the positive role models and achievers with Dyslexia can share good practice to others with similar difficulties and in some cases to assist and support we can enable them to achieve more. 
The more positive achievers with Dyslexia, the reduction of any negative perceptions or stereotypes.
