When many people associate with diversity and equality meant people associate this with gender, race, cultural heritage, religion, age, with people who are blind, physical disability, learning disabilities which are much easier to recognise. However, they miss out or ignore people with invisible difficulties. They can which are easily ignored, be frowned at and be sidelined.
Despite this, they are members of society who don't understand enough independent & intelligent and articulate adults with an invisible difficulty. Instead many people wrongly make automatic associations as if they have low amounts of intelligence or to use their difficulties to brand them as lazy & badly behaved or simply not trying hard enough when in reality this is not always the case.
Move away from any assumptions and to judge & treat them fairly and include them as a diverse member of society by seeking their strengths, potentials, insights and passions. Also to understand how their presence can be beneficial to you and your community.
