Why the changes are being made
The awareness, expectation is changing towards clearer way of communicating the points and topics.

As part of transforming this awareness initiative, a new approach to enhancing the message to value a person with hidden differences.


The developments history
In October 2021 the elements Dignity, Natural, Adjustments and "Not right boxed" was transferred as part of an expanded project "Valuing Hidden Differences" with the new elements section of the project.

In December 2021 the elements: "inclusive", "Diversity" and "Equality" became absorbed part a new project "Inclusive Differences"

In March 2022 the elements "Well Represented", "Sense of Purpose", "Ambition" and "Pride" has moved to the project "Advantage"

Since March 2021 the "value is" project focused on the element "Sharing Good Practice"

Since May 2023 onwards the final and remaining element "Sharing Good Practice" has transformed into a stand-alone project

Thank you to everyone visiting the "Value is.." project since 2016
The transformation will conclude when the Sharing Good Practice will become a stand-alone project with enhanced information.
