It is great to have a sense of value but it is even better to take control to maintain your sense of value.

It is also great sometimes to seek help or assistance. However there are other times self-sufficiency is more important to enable to move forward in life,
it is smart, respectful and not perceived as a burden to anyone.

Your difficulties can affect where you to a level with some people can easily dislike you and even further certain people could use your difficulties to cause harm to your ability to function or maintain your presence at location & surroundings.
For example, if you participating with learning with an activity class, someone could be attempted to discredit your presence by using your difficulty to aggravate you and to cause emotional upset. It is important not to let others use your difficulties to harm to your life goals and ambitions.
