Value all means..
Switched-on
Regardless of any opinions and viewpoints officials adults & young people with hidden  differences has a right to a better sense of value.
Background Information
There is a lot of assumptions related to what a person can be perceived including stereotypes, rumours, allegations, or myths.

Regardless of how judgemental society is, a person with differences has a right to have a place and to be seen in society.

They should be not be made to justify themselves, keep defending themselves, to justify themselves just for existing or to apologise for others impatience or intolerance. They do have their own ambitions and drive to move forward in life. They have feelings, opinions and insight.

It is important to take note many people who live with differences should not to be defined by their condition or labels they have and just want to have a place in society this must be respected.

We all need to be smart to make a person with differences to maintain a better sense of value and not to use any judgement to cause harm to them.
The Value all pledge

* To make allowances & realistic expectations on how life affects a person with differences.

* To not mistreat a personwith differences as an expansion of anyone's personality, impatience and rage

* Respecting an individual (with differences) their own adjustments and the limitations on how they can manage

* To avoid making general misjudgement of the difficulties as lazy, selfish or a nuisance to them.

* To discourage trivial or disrespectful attitudes. Including ridiculing, mimicking, heckling insults or hateful threats.

* To regard people as differences as people with dignity and not as medical patients or to draw attention to how different they may appear.

* To respect their dignity & human right & provocative.
(From standing up for themselves, to have their expressions heard, to respect their feelings or how they feel a certain way, their right to choose including their preferences)

* Respect and not to belittle their experience or insight.

* The right to be part of an inclusive member of society

* Not to misinterpret a person's circumstances to make exaggerated allegations.
