Plus Value Awareness started an ongoing transformation with a new look and modernising the awareness initiative projects, features and a major rebranding online & on social media. As part of the changes, the Awareness Series was replaced with the feature of Diverse Differences & Understanding Series.

Diverse differences special became a permanent feature. Renamed as simply diverse differences the online features expanded to support more awareness events all year round and to showcase a summary of the featured products and a new style awareness calendar (transferred from Awareness Series)
