Presenting a family of short messages which everyone should consider and to improve dancing inclusivity and to make a positive change towards Neurodiversity (including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia), Invisible disabilities and those who has experenced anxiety (including social anxiety) at dancing environments.

Basic document version

Professional dancers and musicians
* Embrace inclusivity and spread the word
* Be Supportive and encouraging
* Edcuate on how some people with hidden differences are discourged or are prevented from dancing
* Be aware of the dancing role models with hidden differences
* Be available for support and advice when required.

Dance Teachers & team leaders
* Be patient and have an open mind
* Be accommodating to every learning level and type
* Encourage patience and support
* Suggest other students at classes to be supportive to individuals which might struggle due to their difficulties during and after classes
* Give extra time to dose may have struggled during classes
* Monitor and check anything which could be compromising for hidden differences especially if it is related to their difficulties or if prejudice which may occour
* Show greater interest in the challenges & obstacles which may occur
* Be aware of the challenges, boundaries and harmful situations that could occur due to a person's difficulties and those to find a social environment and socialising challenging
* Discourage and take appropriate procedures against ableist attitudes by students or crew members

Experienced dancers and attendees
* Reach out to those who are seen as struggling during classes.
* Encourage others to dance with certain people dance who know who are disadvantaged during classes and social events.
General attendees
* Be patient
* Have an open mind
* Do not discriminate or make any ableist behaviour or offence
* Offered to help those who find certain situations very challenging
* Monitor and report people who face prejudice and rejection

Organisers of classes events, festivals and conventions
* Always be welcoming
* Have an open mind
* Be willing to be a listening ear if a person is struggling with the environment or a particular circumstance
* Educate and inform the teams involved with the event to be more inclusive and be discouraging to anyone, regardless of abilities and difficulties
Discourage exclusion and marginalisation
Avoid making presumptions due to perceptions (even if a person with hidden differences has not disclosed their difficulties)
