October Awareness Special was launched in 2018 and at the time it expanded with specialised awareness event content for Dyslexia, ADHD & Dyspraxia. In addition it included supporting World Mental health Day and Invisisble Disabilities for all hidden differences including Autism & Social Anxiety. To coincide the launch year of the October special launched the Mental Health project "Don't Underestimate" was launched how focusing on how mental health affect differences. In 2019 the feature changed and become part of the feature Diverse Differences and expanded to support Black History Month and Hate Crime Awareness Week while launching a specialsed awareness project titles "Value Multicultrural Differences" to mark supporting Black History Month.

To coincide this year's online special for October special a family of new mini awareness projects is launched. "Valuing ADHD", " Valuing Dyslexia", "Valuing Dyspraxia" is a new family of the project who which enables society is to go beyond understanding and to value a person with differences better. As part of the addition of the new change the existing mini-project "Valuing Multicultural Differences" now with expanded information to improve valuing ethnic minority with hidden differences.

This feature is part of diverse differences the special feature which support different awareness events related to hidden differences. Also the features showcases a special version of featured projects and campaigns which empowers differences as well as reminding the importance a smarter sense of value.
