There is a lot of interpretation on how or what we know about the autistic spectrum.

This specially-themed Project breaks down these matters and encourages to widen and change our perceptions and conclusions.

AGAINST CLOSED MINDS
There are many ways of accessing understanding however this does not mean a person receiving the information has the right mindset and approach. Sadly they are some people who still have a closed mind and refuse to look at an autistic person beyond how they are perceived. Because of the closed mind's mindset, can lead to negative disruptions including abuse, exploitation, intolerance, boiling, discrimination, and hatred.
We must be smarter to break the stereotype and quick reactions and treat autistic people better in society.

VALUING IS THE KEY
No matter how much knowledge you may have or how much education and training everyone need to realise that it is essential to value an autistic person beyond understanding, awareness and acceptance. This means respecting their human rights, their ability to choose, and the ability to make decisions in their life directions.

(Do not use their difficulties to make decisions without their involvement).

EMBRACING THE POSITIVE QUALITIES
There was a lot more to a person than how they appear so everyone needs to be less perceptive and look beyond an autistic person's difficulties. If we do this then we will uncover the positive qualities including their strengths and attributes. So rather than stereotyping pay greater attention and how much a person can be beneficial to society. Also, there are so many positive role models on the autistic spectrum to prove it.

SUMMARY
So the overall points we need to pay attention to include changing how we perceive an autistic person. Everyone is not the same, so stop generalising. Value and autistic person beyond understanding and acceptance. As already mentioned valuing is essential against typecasting.
