A series of information and guides are developed in connection with "Value is.." project "Sharing Good Practice".
Encouraging achievers and role models to share the expertise and to increase the positive perceptions and a better sense of value for people with invisible difficulties.
A Combination of tips including
FOR ACHIEVERS AND ROLE MODELS WITH INVISIBLE DIFFICCULITIES
* Sharing your major achievement and accomplishment to other people with similar or other invisible difficulties on your expertise & insight.
* Contribute to community groups and organisation on subjects and topics which others may find your input (from your experience & perspective) helpful and you even surprise others on feedback which no one has even considered.
* Share your achievement to media and news organisations to demonstrate diversity could event challenge assumptions.
* Give other people some encouragement but to a level to be not be taken advantage of.
* Inform to other people with similar difficulties the positive achievers & role models by with invisible difficulties. (Watch out soon for new value achievers feature which will highlight examples of role models & achievers)
FOR EVERYONE ELSE WITH INVISIBLE DIFFICULITIES
* Take time to research the positive achievers & role models by with identical or similar invisible difficulties. (Watch out soon for new value achievers feature which will highlight examples of role models & achievers)
* Use the influences to develop, set & meet your own achievable+ goals & targets using your specialist attitudes skills of strength.
+ Based on credibility from others and must be realistic and not idealism levels.
* Be more aware on the positive achievers & role models by with invisible difficulties. (Watch out soon for new value achievers feature which will highlight examples of role models & achievers)
* Have a plan "B" and to strategise based on surrounding climate & environments.
* You may have to work there times hard when it comes to competing to gain important life opportunities.
* Never make your difficulty as an excuse for not achieving.
* If you have contact with an achiever or role models with simple lar invisible difficulty ask for specific advice. But do not be excessive it to take advantage of other you will lose an important & an inspiring contact.

The description “Invisible Difficulties” are used for this initiative which covers independent, intelligent and articulate adults and young people who live with specific difficulties which as hidden and would not be visually obviously at first impression. The examples including memory, on the spot thinking ability, communication, reading, writing & calculation. These example above mainly relates certain people with Autism (at moderate and high-functioning level), ADHD, Social Anxiety, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia. Click here for more details.
