Encouraging people with hidden differences to taking more control on negative situation which happens against them and when anyone uses their difficulties to make their life difficult. This ranges from Hate crime, discrimination, abuse and unfair intolerance in society. 

This is important as depending on others can cause strain in relationships and social circle with potential negative consequences against them.
Background Information
FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH AUTISM, ADHD, DYSLEXIA, DYSPRAXIA & SOCIAL ANXIETY

You may do many things to help your self move forward in life and in society. However certain people can use your difficulty to undermine your place in society.

If negative situation are not acted on, then the same situation will escalate against you so much it can ruin your ambitions, achievements to further damage your well being also it can affect your sense of value and your life,

It is your responsibility to make sure any negative situation against you are reduced.

Main points

Become Assertive. If assertiveness is not your strength, get yourself educated to learn and to apply it to situations against you.

* Take certain actions and develop several procedures

* Make notes regularly on what has happened, report significant situations

* Share the experiences only to the important people you can trust, BUT you must be selected on amount your share 
and who you share with

* Have some sort of a supportive contacts

* Develop smarter strategy to manage unplanned & potential situations which many occur

The description “Invisible Difficulties” are used for this initiative which covers independent, intelligent and articulate adults and young people who live with specific difficulties which as hidden and would not be visually obviously at first impression. The examples including memory, on the spot thinking ability, communication, reading, writing & calculation. These example above mainly relates certain people with Autism (at moderate and high-functioning level), ADHD, Social Anxiety, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia. Click here for more details.
