4. Respecting their intelligence & dignity

Promote, support and encourage to respects individuals intelligence level & their right to defend their sense of value, dignity their right to choose

Never use thieir difficulty to treat them with little intelligence or as helpless people
(inc stop the mental patient perception, not to trade them with a mental age of a 9 year or the zero intelligence perception, stop the helpless victim perceptions) 

In additional not to use their difficility to be seen & no with obedient orders attitudes including speak when you're spoken to it seeing them to little people in comparison with everyone else. Also not make decision for them which may be a hinderance or unhelpful.

 Also to respect they have boundaries on what they will and won't stand for.
