* Take time out to understand & support their strengths and capabilities but never take advantage or to exploit them .

* Be aware of their insights on different issues as a voters, consumer and as a member of society on different situations and circumstances

* If they share a topic or issue which you may disagree, never use their difficulties to discredit them or to attack their character or to make them feel uneasy be undermining their experience.

* In addition never make direct comparison between yours or others experences to use a person difficility to attack their integrity or to make them feel ashamed without fully understanding their background. They will not respect you and can use this to discredit you.

* If they make suggestion you don't understand, show more interest and ask questions further and your fund their suggestions helpful

* Never use the difficilities to shun and sidelined take time out to understand them but don't take advantage of them.

* If a person with difficulty may face situation they becoming stress or struggling never make lecturing comments such as "Deal with it" or "get out if the way" or to heckle.

* Never draw attention to a person difficility to make them feel they are and outcast it to make them feel ashamed to be seen in society

* Never make gestures that they should be not be seen in society or to unfairly see them as a nuisance.
