History

Diverse Differences is an evolution from the previous Differences Originals feature "Awareness Series" 

Then in May 2019, this current feature was launched initially as a temporary feature during May 2019 under the original name "Diverse Differences Special" to support Neurodiversity celebration week, PDA Day & Mental Health Awareness Week. Due to the success with the response, It continues through to June 2019 to include supporting Loneliness Awareness Week and Autistic Pride Day.

With a much greater positive response, It was decided to convert the featured into a permanent feature. This involves expanding the feature by transferring online content to support more events all year round including the awareness calendar list and will become the new home of supporting other awareness events all year round.

In late 2021, major changes began for the diverse differences feature focusing only on projects related to empowering information and showcasing. The existing web pages including awareness calendar, supporting awareness events and the individual web pages to support different awareness events are now transfered to  feature "events+", created in October 2021 to provide a variety of original content to support awareness events.
