Making sure not to ignore an autistic person human rights and dignity. A autistic person with moderate level voice, experiences & insights should be listen, heard and be taken serious without judgement. It is important not to let vanity, typecasts, stereotypes, old fashion ethics and close minds to harm an autistic place in society.
Also an autitsic person should have the right to exist in society without being mistrated and misjudged
Diversity
An autistic person's experiences & insight are not the same. it is important to understand and not to underestimate the variety of different autism experiences between gender, age, colour of the skin, sexual orientation and religion.
Human Aspects
There is a person inside every autistic person. See an autistic person beyond the label, or any medical aspects. The experiences, and insight is just as important. They also have feelings, emotions, passions and expertise.
Social Attitudes
An autism person may live with many challenges against the difficulties they live with, does not mean anyone has the right to use their perception to misjudge or to mistreat them. Also when they are sharing serious issues and matter which someone else need to know, it is important not to automatic dismiss what they mention or to ti use their condition to make derogatory remarks against their intelligence.
Perceptions
There more to Autism than their differences. See an autism person beyond their difficulties or how different they may appear. They are also are a member of society as consumers, community participant, voter and many more. So their insight needs to be heard & taken seriously.
General Awareness
The importance of seeing an autism more than the label, Many do have Passions, ambitions and good intentions.
Regardless of stereotypes or the high-profile minority, many autistic adults are self aware make major effort to show consideration and make responsibility adjust. So show some appreciation and not use the label or differences to attack or insult them. Autism awareness should all year round not just for a particular week a particular day or during the month of April.
