Dignity
A dyslexic person dignity must be respected and maintained regardless of any difficlities they may live with
including their basic human rights. 

The importance of not making short-sighted judgements auto violate their dignity to maintain their place in Society.

Expressions & Experiences heard and respected
Regardless of any difficulities a dyslexic person lives with the should have their feelings, expressions and insight be listened to and be taken seriously at ground level. 

This includes having patience and a supportive approach to enable a dyslexic person to be fully understood.

Not tight boxed
Many people associate Dyslexia with difficulties on reading, writing spelling and calculation, these are not the only factors and how their difficulties affect them.

The assumptions of some don't even realise that memory is another factor that can affect them. However, this is not an obstacle, they do have many strengths in many qualities including strategic problem solving and creativity.
