Inclusion
The importance of respecting and supporting an ADHD person as an inclusive member of society. No one should use the difficulties of an ADHD person to excluded or be marginalised. 

Instead, take the time to take more time out to understand how their difficulties affect them. Also, understand their many strengths and positive qualities they have. 

Understand more about their experiences, insights, their sense of purpose. What are their ambitions & they need to do to achieve it?

Equality
Regardless of any difficulties a person with ADHD lives with, they have many positive qualities they have which is beneficial for opportunities and an active member of society. 
They have many strengths and are very highly committed.

Pride
As mentioned elsewhere regardless of any difficulties a person with ADHD faces, no one should use their difficulties to horse shame or embarrassment for the wrong reasons. 

Instead, society should treat ADHD person with some pride and support their strengths and their positive advantage and contribute to society and communities. With many qualities they have, an ADHD person can be a benefit to everyone more than you think

Sharing Good Practice
It is important that new role models and achievers with ADHD can say share good practice with others with similar difficulties and in some cases to assist and support we can enable them to achieve more. 

The more achievers with ADHD, the reduction of any negative perceptions or stereotypes.
