Dignity
As mentioned elsewhere they have many strengths at the same time their difficulties they live with can affect their quality of life. Regardless of the difficulties a person ADHD live with, their basic human rights and dignity should be respected and supportive supported throughout. No one should use their difficulties to deny or to violate their dignity & human rights. They have their choices and prerogative we should be also respected and supported.

Expressions & Experiences heard and respected
Due to their perceptions of the difficulties which affect them, it is important that their experience, thoughts and insights need to be listened and taken seriously. Making general judgements against there experience through perceptions and other factors can cause indirect harm in the long term. So it is important not to undermine their experiences and insights.

Natural & Authentic
To enable a person with ADHD to maintain their stability and sustainability they should be supported to how to manage their daily life and to organise themselves in a way they are not brought the worst out of. In other words. They should able to live at a pace that makes them natural and authentic against any pressures which their differences would be unfairly stand out.
