This is a new updated version of the valued more project "Take responsibility" which encourages individuals with hidden differences to act any issues which affects their lives. 

As well as providing guidance, and actions of steps to take this project will also include who to contact and organisations which people living with him differences need to be aware of. 
(please note contacts and organisations will only apply for those living in the United Kingdom.) 

The reason why this project is being developed it's because it is not always apparent some of the important contacts essential information is readily available which means many people living with differences aren't able to access who to contact & what actions to take when challenging situations occur.

This project will be developed in the future and it will be updated online and social media when the project is completed.
